Call us for prices

For luxury busses, Mercedes Benz or Viaggio, add 15%. We require a minimum of 40 passenger per flight for arrivals and departures to confirm the aforementioned rates.

MASA or most recent model buses will be provided with panoramic windows, reclining seats, microphone, air-conditioned and our own personal chauffeurs for arrivals and departures.

· Free round trip transfer from airport hotel airport for site inspection.
· 1 free transfer for every 40 passengers.
· 10 % commission on prearranged optional tours.
· Free tours for group leaders (max. 2 PAX) for any arranged tours for group.
· Identification tags for business travel groups (including travel agencies).

CAR RENTALS

TYPE OF CAR (WITH DRIVER / CHAUFFEUR)

ROOMING LIST

Must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to group arrival and must include the following information:

• Names of passengers.

• Hotel name.

• Airline and flight number or flight registration number.

• Date and time of arrival and departure.

• Departure city, destination departure and arrival cities.

• Logo of the group/company.

 DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS

50% deposit of total quotation is required 15 days prior to group arrival. Deposits can be send by carrier to the following address

CANCELLATIONS

Must be received 3 days prior to group arrival date to prevent penalty. 25% of the total quotation will be forfeited for cancellations received between 3 - 1 day prior to group arrival and 100% will be forfeited for cancellations received within 24 hours of group arrival.

REFUNDS

Will apply where services as outlined in the aforementioned paragraphs have not been fulfilled or due to circumstances beyond our control.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

VIAJES E INCENTIVOS DEL PACIFICO S.A. de C.V. has the right to cancel all the services contracted when the deposit for the 50 % of the total quotation has not being made or the total covered.

In some cases VIAJES E INCENTIVOS DEL PACIFICO S.A. de C.V. acts like an intermediary of other providers of tourist services or goods therefore it is not responsible if one of them does not fulfill with the services offered. Whatsoever is our responsibility to supervise and insure that the providers of goods or services keep the highest levels of quality and service.

At the same time VIAJES E INCENTIVOS DEL PACIFICO S.A. de C.V. has contracted insurance policies to assume responsibilities imposed by the laws of México.
